Daniel Deusser Succeeds World Cup Jumping Final


Daniel Deusser rode the 11-year-old stallion Cornet d'amour to triumph in the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final at Lyon, France, on Monday, pipping individual German and previous champion Ludger Beerbaum by a tight edge.

For 32-year-old Deusser it was a true test in this week, moving into shaft position at the end of the first adjusts after Olympic champion, Switzerland's Steve Guerdat, lost his hold at the leader of the leaderboard.
