Knife Attack Violence at the South China Station

In an incident at least 6 people have been wounded in the knife attack at the station in Guangzhou, according to the Chinese official’s statement. Additionally the Police shot one of the attackers, the statement by the city's public security bureau said. However, there is no information up till now on the drive for this attack, but it comes in a week after the attack on the station in the western area in Xinjiang.

Moreover, it also goes after the attack on the Kunming station in March that killed 29 people. The Chinese government authorities have blamed to the both sides of these attacks on the separatists from the Muslim Uighur minority group, which lives in Xinjiang.

The image posted by the People's Daily demonstrated that the crowds evacuated from the station as well as an ambulance on the scene.

The police said that they arrived at the station at 11:30 on Tuesday into the report on the public security bureau's official micro blog.

They gunshot the male suspect armed with the knife after his unsuccessful to pay attention to the warnings. 6 injured people had been taken into the hospital for the additional treatment, as well as the further investigations were under the way.
