Robert Mingo, 52, who experiences husky dystrophy and an unending back infirmity, claims that he experienced threat and poor medicine throughout two separate visits to the Mcdonald's in August 2012 and May 2013, as stated by the lawsuit, which was documented Tuesday. 

He is suing the manager of the Mcdonald's establishment and the worldwide organization in elected court looking for unspecified harms and prerequisites that organization representatives be taught about the disabilities act.

The claim yields that Mingo was at last served on both visits, despite the fact that on the second visit he was denied the right to eat in the designated eating range by an administrator who said, "I am the law" — a comment that supposedly drew giggling from close-by clients. 

Mingo's suit guarantees that in August 2012, he was informed at the order counter that his service dog, Max, kept him from being served
